Capital outlay on public works:
• There are three major components are under capital outlay on Public Work. They are :
1. Major Works
2. Machinery Equipment
3. Motor Vehicle
Major Works:
Major works is meant for purchase of Land, construction of New Buildings for field institutes of O/o DC (MSME) ie. MSME-DIs/Br.DIs/MSME-TCs/TS. The New Building includes construction of office building, Quarter, Guest House, Laboratory for testing centre, Testing Infrastructure facility etc.
Machinery & Equipment:-
MSME-DI/Br DIs has workshop facility and MSME-TC/TS has the laboratory testing facility. In order to purchase the state of Art Machinery and Equipment to test the various products manufactured by MSMEs. This head is exclusively available to provide fund for purchasing the New Machinery and Equipment
Motor Vehicle
Purchase of New Staff car vehicle is being sanctioned against the condemnation of old vehicles, as per the notification of Department of Expenditure
